We guarantee all of our services for up to 48 hours. If a tough stain reappears we will be happy to come back out an re-address the issue.

An estimate will not necessarily be the final price and invoices are based on hourly rate of $125 / HR.

Not responsible for any damages as a result of increased moisture content in the effected area.

Payment is due upon completion. We do not accept Net-30, Net-60, or Invoicing.
